  • Any leftovers from the guided visualization of crossing the threshold of leaving home?

READING AND PRACTICE

  • Use or create a threshold ritual. It can be as simple or fancy as you want. Use (or not) some of our ancestral words of separation

  • Connect the threshold ritual with your letter of intention for the program. What do you want to leave behind? What do you want to move towards?

  • Perform the ritual.

  • Keep reading Plotkin. The next time I suggest something specific will be in Presentation 4 when I say pages 45-114.
